The breakfast options were truly wonderful and satisfying.
I was disappointed by the lack of meal facilities. A microwave or fridge would have been helpful during my stay. the sound insulation in the room was not great, making it difficult to sleep deeply some nights due to outside noise.

central base for easy access to city sights and parks
my stay was made even better by the fantastic breakfast options, especially the freshly cooked items, and the central location made it just a short 10-minute walk to the historic Carlisle Castle, which I thoroughly enjoyed exploring during my city strolls.

Exceptional breakfast experience
My mornings began with a delightful array of breakfast options, from fresh pastries to a hearty cooked meal. Leanne’s attentiveness made dining a highlight of my stay.
The room faced the road, leading to some traffic noise during the night, which wasn’t ideal for light sleepers.

Stayed in a Single Room with Private Bathroom for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfy, with nice decor. WiFi was strong, which was a plus for my work. Breakfast was amazing—cooked to order and really filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. Just a bit of noise from outside, but overall, I loved it!

The warm welcome from Leanne set a positive tone for my stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, enhancing comfort. Breakfast featured an impressive range, including freshly cooked options and seasonal vegetables, making each morning delightful. the noise from traffic was noticeable at times, which could disrupt light sleepers. the lack of meal facilities within the property was a slight drawback, as having a microwave or fridge would have been beneficial.
